We can offset the cost of your clearance, against items of value that are being removed, this could in turn reduce the cost of the clearance or in some cases even make it free.

If the property is full of furniture with none or little value, then there will be a cost to clear the property.

If the property has a mix of: some goods of value / furniture with no value, then the clearance could be small fee or it could be completely free if the value of goods equates to the cost of removal. 

However, if the property is full of quality furniture and household items then we could pay you cash to clear the house.
